Your privacy is important to us! As an art dealer, discretion is our top priority. The handling of your personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) therefore also now complies with the current EU data protection regulation.

All information on the new General Data Protection Regulation can be found here.

USE OF DATA
All personal data collected by us, the gallery Lehner, Getreidemarkt 1, are processed for the purpose of customer care, for sending information and art catalogs, for invitations to art events and for sending newsletters. If you are a customer, former customer, prospective customer or potential customer, your personal data will be stored for marketing purposes, provided that the marketing measure is based on your consent.

Furthermore, the gallery processes and uses personal data for the above-mentioned purposes together with the sister company Lehner Kunstauktionen GmbH. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary and can be revoked at any time using the unsubscribe button at the end of the newsletter or by e-mail to wien@galerielehner.at.

The SAVING OF DATA
We will not keep your data longer than is necessary for our business purposes or due to legal requirements. However, we would like to point out that we may retain some data if this is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, such as storing the data for tax and accounting purposes.

We use suitable security measures to protect your personal data stored by us against unauthorized access, unauthorized collection, use, publication, duplication, change or deletion. All data that you provide to us is stored on secure servers.

YOUR RIGHTS
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
We are of course happy to answer any questions or comments you may have.
